Workplace Mediation
There is always in every business, a time when there is conflict, and this cannot always be sorted at organisation level for a number of reasons. Whether that is time critical, not dealing with issues as they arise, which potentially can cost the organisation a large amount of legal fees. Whether that is a one-sided approach, which is deemed unfair and biased, or the way in which it is dealt with is with contempt, these can lead to ACAS employment tribunals, which again is detrimental to organisations, as these are made available for public viewing. I am an accredited Workplace mediator, who will take time to find out the reasons, and encourage solutions, stopping the conflict escalating further.
Menopause Coaching
As an Accredited Menopause Coach we specialized in coaching and awareness training to support employees experiencing menopause, fostering a supportive workplace. Menopause affects both employees and the wider workplace, and if we address this, we can foster an inclusive environment and boost organisation performance and retention.
We offer training & workshops for leaders, managers and workforce to equip them with the knowledge and understand.
Support groups can be set up and run which offer a safe space for people in Menopause to have questions answered, in a group setting or 1:1 coaching session, so your employees can have this dedicated time to create a plan and work through symptoms and decision making
Mystery Audits
When we look at mystery audits we miss that most of our negative comments could be changed if our employees were correctly trained and transferring that training in the workplace. Do we ever audit staff performance, customer service or listening to how others are received. This is where we can help. We can be that external pair of eyes and ears, taking in your standards, we will audit according to your wants, needs, reviews and standards, giving you a full report of findings. You may just want a one-off visit or a number over the year to monitor. We will work with you to get you the best results.
